Hi! You know im suffering from chronic body odor. I’ve had it for almost 8 years. I really don’t know what’s causing it.
I already tried soaking my clothes in baking soda, using anti-perspirant, and using Dr. Kauffman soap (others advised me it’s a good antibacterial soap) and I already changed my diet. I minimized intake of alcohol, no meat and I eat more yogurt and yakult. But I still have this annoying chronic body odor.
I am an engineer and I may say I’m a pretty girl. Its really disgusting to have this stinky odor, it lowers my self-esteem….Please help me

Try to use baking soda, it’s been proven to stop sweat and smelly body odor. I’ve tried and tested it. i just want to share my experience and now i can wear my fitted shirt all day without feeling uncomfortable with my armpits.
*Tip: try wetting your underarms and applying the powdered baking soda, then letting it dry. Works like a charm!
I stumbled on a product recently when I needed to remove skunk odor from my cat.
It worked soooo good!
Then when my son left his very smelly cleats in my car, I had an idea to spray the cleats.
Instantly after spraying them the smell was gone. My son said, “wow, that totally worked!!!”.
Well, I was so curious as to why it worked so I went to the website and found that the company markets towards people with chronic body odor called TMAU ( a metabolic disorder), pet odors etc.
One can buy it in spray bottle form (you can spray it direcyly on you body I suppose) and gallon- size which is cheaper for refilling spray bottles and for laundry.
The company is based in Seattle and it’s called PURE AYRE. The website is http://www.pureayre.com. Good luck everyone!

try lemon juice on the armpit. it worked for me. but make sure you get rid of the smell from your clothes as well by washing them properly.
