Watch In Amazement As Excessive Sweating Underarms Go Bone Dry…Stop Armpit Sweat From The Inside Out

Detoxifying your body is a key step in the Mechanic Method to stop excessive sweating underarms. If you’ve never de-toxed before, your body is loaded with toxins. And it’s totally contributing to your excessive sweating underarms.

Detoxifying is easy and feels soo good. Especially when you think about (and even visualize) the internal cleansing, how healthy it is, and how it’s going to stop armpit sweat.

There are a bunch of different ways to detox. The best detox system to stop armpit sweat consists of two staples:

1. 3-5 Day Detox Diet

Either fast (i.e. don’t eat any solid foods) and drink lots of water and fresh squeezed juices (best way) or eat only fresh, raw fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water.

If you don’t have a juicer, get one. It will serve you very well. You can get a top-of-the-line juicer for a few hundred bucks, and it’s worth every penny. We use ours everyday. We’ve had it for a few years. It’s working as good as new, and it’s made a HUGE difference in our excessive sweating underarms, and the way we feel.

If you choose to go the fresh fruits and veggies route, your fiber intake is going to sky-rocket. You can expect to have lots of gas, and be in the bathroom pretty frequently. This is a good thing. Just do this during a time that you don’t have other obligations.

Any weekend or holidays from school or work provide a perfect opportunity. Start on Thursday night or Friday morning and continue until Monday morning.

Aside from fasting, don’t smoke, drink any alcohol, or take any medicine (other than prescriptions that you need).

Obviously you’re gonna’ be pretty hungry. But it’s only a few days. Just stick it out and do this. Think of it as a transition. It’s the end of your toxic lifestyle. It’s the beginning of your new lifestyle and the end of your excessive sweating underarms.

You should be going #2 (i.e. pooping) at least twice a day. Drink enough fluid so that your pee is clear or very light yellow.

It may sound a little unrelated to your excessive sweating underarms, and even a little weird. But do it with an open-minded, semi-playful attitude. It’s going to work wonders to stop armpit sweat.

Also, don’t use your normal deodorant or antiperspirant. And, stop using any other cosmetics that you typically apply (soaps, shampoos, lotions, fragrances, make-up, etc.).

It will get a little stinky. Just tolerate it for the time being. It is totally worth it. If the smell gets unbearable, use the techniques here to control the odor.

2. Sweat It Out

This (ironically) is an important step to stop armpit sweat. Seems funny, I know, but your excessive sweating underarms will actually work to your advantage here.

Sweating is one of the main ways that toxins are released from our bodies (especially for us heavy sweaters). Usually, you’re adding toxins everyday (through what you’re eating, breathing, or applying to your skin) and releasing toxins everyday.

But during this process, the amount of toxins that you’re adding is going to drop dramatically. Simultaneously, you’re going to be releasing a lot more than usual(hence, detox). This is the basis of the internal cleansing process to stop excessive sweating underarms.

After the first day, the built up toxins are going to be loosened and begin excreting themselves. It is going to smell funny.

If you can’t tolerate the smell, use the link above for some strategies to control it.

In addition to your normal amount of sweating, induce more. Do this either through exercising (best way), or by going into a very hot environment, such as a steam bath or sauna.

It’s okay to shower afterwards, but don’t use any soap.

Make the water very hot (as hot as you can stand) for about 30 seconds. Then suddenly switch the water to cold for a few seconds before going back to hot. Do this between 3-5 times before getting out of the shower.

Also, use the scrubbing technique from this page to help with excessive sweating underarms. You should be using the scrubbing technique (at least on your underarms) everyday from here on out.

These two steps work well for a basic detox.
